Terri requires the first session to be a 2 hour minimum evaluation in order to evaluate and assess the horse and rider. $120

Terri is available for consultation of purchasing a new horse. She will advise matching both horse and rider. Please inquire for specific pricing based on details of clients needs.

Ground Work For Youngsters Part 1
Any horse weanling through age 2 years. Get your youngster to respect you on the ground. A huge advantage and big step towards respect in the saddle when it’s time. For you in this class you will learn horse psychology. What’s important to your horse and why. You and your horse will learn how to lead safely. Pick up feet safely. Yield all body parts safely. Leading and yielding will be done using steady pressure and rhythmic pressure at walk.
Ground Work For Youngsters Part 2
Any horse weanling through age 2 years. Prerequisite: Ground Work for Youngsters Part 1. In this class you and your horse will learn to lead safely at trot. Yielding will become softer and more respectful. We will apply this to obstacles on the ground, above and around your horse.
Ground Work for Horses Started Under Saddle Part 1:
Are you happy with your horse while ridden, but need ground manners? Then this is the class for you. This is for any horse that has been started under saddle.
Ground Work for Horses Started Under Saddle Part 2:
Do you want to advance your ground skills with your horse? As above, we’ll get your horse responding softer with more respect. We’ll add obstacles on the ground, above and around the horse.
From the Ground to the Saddle:
For any horse started under saddle. Taking the ground skills to the saddle. Prerequisite: Ground Work for Horses Started Under Saddle Part 1. In this class you will learn to get your horse yielding by steady pressure. Staying between your reins and your legs at walk and trot. Yielding body parts: Hind end, front end, ribs and backup. Using circles, diamonds and squares.
Trailer Loading Workshop:
For any horse any age. Get your horse to load safely and confidently. In this class your horse will learn the above ground work and we will apply it to trailer loading. You will learn horse psychology and how it applies to trailer loading. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to load your horse safely. $350 flat rate which includes everything from ground work right up to trailer loading and clients ability to load their horse.
Horse Lovers Massage Class:
This class is designed to teach you how to massage your horse. You will learn techniques to relieve muscle tension and stress in the horse after a workout. This is a great way to bond with your horse after you’ve requested so much of him physically in the arena or on the trail. This class is a 1 day course for $125 per person. Limit 8 participants.
There are variations and possibilities to suit your needs as requested. Colt Starting, Problem Horses, De-spooking, Training on the Trail, Seven Games of Natural Horsemanship and Versatility training is also offered upon request. Clinics are available that cover all the above in two 6 hour days $275 per person Min 4 Max 7 participants. EXCEPT Trailer Loading & Horse Lovers Massage Workshops.
One on 1 sessions back to back are also available for you and min 6 others. Rates for 1 on 1 back to back sessions is $50 per person
